This Refund Policy applies to Saint Armound, operated by Wearing Man LLC.


Returns

We operate a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn or unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • With tags still attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be sent to our designated US facility. If your return request is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to ship your package.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Customers must ship the item within 7 days after return approval. Returns sent after this period may not be accepted.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order.

In some cases, we may offer free size exchanges. Please contact us at support@saintarmound.com if your item does not fit.

For different products, colors, or variants, customers must complete a return and place a new order.


Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly due to our automated fulfillment system.

Cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this period, orders cannot be canceled. If your order has already been shipped, you must wait until delivery and then request a return.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.

We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.


Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of your order, you may be responsible for return shipping fees and any applicable carrier or customs charges.

Refunds in such cases may be partial.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Partial Refunds

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Digital Products

If applicable, digital products are non-refundable once they have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
