Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local warehouse time) will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons and holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

The total estimated delivery time is 10 to 12 business days, including processing and shipping.

Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability and warehouse location. Items may arrive separately.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update in the carrier’s system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Saint Armound is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for delivery failure.
If the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

Delivery Issues
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Saint Armound is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier directly if you cannot locate your package.
